Opening Fee Schedule
As a direct-pay practice, we keep our pricing simple and visible — no surprise bills, no insurance markups. Payment is due at the time of service, and we’re happy to provide an itemized receipt (superbill) you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Good to Know
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
Insurance
We do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we’ll provide a superbill you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Pathology & Labs
Biopsy specimens are read by an outside pathology lab, which bills separately for its services.
